Simone Conforte is an Art Director who since 2010 has been dealing with creativity and communication. He started in theatre and then actively worked as Art Director for magazines, publications, brands and events.
He graduated in Set and Costume Design at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts in Milan and in direction at the IUAV of Venice. He collaborated with artists and theatre companies and created applied arts projects until 2014, developing design skills related to paper design, set design, video, and new technologies. In 2015 he met Luca Stoppini, the Art Director of the Vogue Magazine – Condé Nast Italia, with whom he will collaborate as Art Director up to 2019. Since 2020 he has been actively working as an Art Director, Graphic Designer, and Set Designer with multiple clients in fashion, art, and culture. Since 2022, he has been involved as Art Director of the independent magazine STELLAPubblication, a fully sustainable project about art, fashion, architecture, and design. Since 2023 he has been teaching “Theory and Techniques of Representation Methods” at the IED in Milan.
